I visited my local mercedes benz collision centre in Richmond to get my ML fixed after I was in an accident. I was worried that my vehicle would never look and drive the same as the accident was bad and the damage to my vehicle was extensive. I was greeted by an employee named Shawn and he assured me that my vehicle would be brought back to spec. I am happy to say that this MB centre is one of the few that actually cares about the work it performs for its customers. My ML was back to me after only 2 weeks and was in perfect condition. I had been a "pest" and was calling them every few days to make sure the work on my vehicle was being done with care and was always treated fairly and re-assured that the vehicle would be in perfect condition. Thank you to Shawn and the team at Mercedes for taking care of my vehicle.

I had several long unsightly scratches on my trunk and a nasty swirl mark on the passenger-side front bumper. I've budgeted a few hundred dollars for the repair, so I brought my car in yesterday for an estimate. Shawn told me to return the next morning. I dropped off my car this morning, and the service was done within an hour and I was able to get to work on time! Great professionalism and speedy service! I'm amazed by the level and high quality of the repair! Definitely will spread the word out and refer others!
